MAC Dollymix Blush

  Today I'll be sharing my thoughts on my favourite winter blush, MAC Dollymix.  It is a beautiful, bright dark pink with a hint of shimmer.  I apologize for these pictures.  I live in a basement apartment and have to take my pictures outside and it has been so grey lately.



 You can purchase MAC blushes with or without the black plastic packaging.  I chose without so I could keep it in a large palette.


  Dollymix looks scary bright at first and I never thought it would suit me.  It sat unloved in my makeup drawer for about 2 years until I took a personal makeup application course and learned that it did indeed suit me.  This blush is quite sheer so you can apply it easily without being afraid of going overboard.  It looks good with both very light and very dark pink lips. 

As you can see it's very subtle for such a bright colour.

      I have been thinking of doing one but I use a foundation that's only available online to Canadians so I'm not sure if it'll be useful?

      Sorry I worded that funny I meant it's not available in Canadian stores. I have written a post on my fave foundation though and it'll be up tomorrow :)
