MAC Eyeshadow in Greensmoke

MAC Eyeshadow in Greensmoke $18 for 1.5g

MAC eyeshadow in Greensmoke was one of the items on my wishlist that I posted a month ago.  I ended up receiving it as an early Christmas present and I wore it for the first time yesterday.

Greensmoke is a cool toned light green that looks somewhat grey.  It looks kind of boring and not pigmented in swatches but on the eye it looks really pretty and for a colour it looks quite neutral.

Sorry for the blurry picture.  I took this while I was in a rush to get to work on time.

I wore Greensmoke on my eyelid over bareMinerals Prime Time Primer with a tiny bit of Sleek Noir in my crease.  For a night out I would wear this over a black base (like an eyeliner pencil) for an easy smokey eye.

    1. I had never heard of it too until I saw my mother wearing it and it looked really pretty. It deserves to be more popular :)

  3. I have this eyeshadow and it's gorgeous. Although not the best from MAC since it's a bit dry and needs building up. xx

    1. Yeah it's a shame that it's a Lustre finish but it's worth the effort.
