Wet N' Wild Blush in Berry Shimmer

Sorry for the lighting.  My apartment is not blogger friendly.
When I had received this in a swap with Jasmine I was pretty excited because this particular blush has been on my wishlist since I saw Sabina's post about it awhile back.  Before doing this swap I hadn't used Wet N' Wild makeup in years and years, and I have to say I think I've found a new favourite brand!

Berry Shimmer is not "berry" to me at all.  In the pan it looks like a dark burnt orange and when blended into to the skin it looks like a strawberry pink.  The pigmentation of this blush is out of this world.  I thought Illamasqua blushes where the most pigmented but they don't even compare to Wet N' Wild.  I actually love how this looks like when I apply "too much" as it's super brightening and unique looking.

This blush looks amazing with neutral makeup as it really brightens the face.  It also works well with red lipstick which is how I've been mostly wearing it.  Due to it's pigmentation and brightness I would imagine this would suit a wide range of skintones.

I'm totally in love with this blush and as soon as my shopping ban is over I'm making a bee line to a Wal-Mart to get more of these blushes.

Availability: Wal-Mart
P.S.: If you live in the UK or Ireland I found it online here: Cosmetics & Candy £4.99

  2. Wet n Wild Color Icon blushes are so pigmented, it is crazy! I have to be super careful when I use them, but I agree, I love how it saturates your cheeks with color and brightens the complexion! I really want to try Berry Shimmer now.
