Wet N' Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Palette in "Knock on Wood"

Wet N' Wild Eyeshadow Palette in "Knock on Wood" is another goodie I got sent by Jasmine.  I had heard so many good things about these palettes yet I had never tried them so I was excited to test it out.  I'm IN LOVE with these eyeshadows for reasons I will state below and I especially love the "eye lid" colour.  It reminds me of mix between MAC's Cranberry and Sable and I've been wearing it a lot since I received this palette.

I am wearing all three colours together in the pictures above but the eyelid colour is so much darker than the other too that they are hard to see.  For that reason I'd rather wear these eyeshadows seperate will other colours rather than all three together.

My favourite thing about these eyeshadows is how easy they are to blend in the creases of my eyes.  I have protruding eyes (basically, a lot of skin folds in my crease) which means it's often hard to smoothly blend eyeshadow in my crease.  Unlike other cheap eyeshadow brands I've tried these are not super powdery nor do they have a lot of fallout.

Wet N' Wild has a huge variety of these palettes and also makes larger ones.  I definately am going to be trying to get my hands on more once my spending ban is up.

P.S.: Please excuse my eyebrows, I'm growing them out.

Availability: Wal-Mart

  3. I know the feeling about growing out eyebrows, it's such a pain! I don't have this palette but I have a bunch of other ones. I haven't tried a palette by them yet that I haven't loved. I'm so surprised it has such great quality!

  7. You look so good in these colors! And your eyebrows look great - I had to scroll back up to look at them and I still can't see anything wrong! It's good to know these work with MAC Cranberry as I have been eyeing that color lately!

    1. Thanks lol I meant you can see all the stray hairs in that close up picture. It was a bit more brown than Cranberry but I'd say it's a pretty close dupe.
