Revlon Super Lustrous Matte Lipstick in Pink Pout

 

  When I first picked out this lipstick from my collection last week, I felt a bit "meh" about it.  After wearing it for a full day my opinion has however changed and I think this is a beautiful lipstick both in terms of colour and formula.

  Pink Pout reminds me a lot of MAC Lipstick in Snob (which I've owened in the past) but in my opinion it's much nicer.  It is a light (but not too light) mauve-pink that looks best with cool toned makeup.  Pink Pout is super pigmented and covers my dark lips without any alteration to the colour of the lipstick.

  What I like about this lipstick the most is it's formula.  It's a matte lipstick but unlike other matte formulas I've tried, it's not heavy or super drying.  This lipstick feels very light on my lips and is very long lasting.  I'd love to try other lipsticks in Revlon's Super Lustrous Matte line.

    Don't you love finding dupes that are better than the more expensive product?! I'll have to check this out since Snob has been on my list for a while and it looks gorgeous on you!

      I do! I always love finding cheap gems as some makeup is so overpriced.

      That's I felt at first too but I got it to suit me paired with a dark pink blush.

    I have this color and I love it!! Sometimes it's hard to wear for me because it's very mauve/cool toned and I'm very warm (so I feel like it makes my teeth seem yellow) but it doesn't stop me x

      That's why I found it hard to wear too. I'm on the cool side of warm toned and it can sometimes be too cool without the right makeup.

      I'd like to try the Nars ones but they're so pricey! Maybe I'll splurge one day because I hear so many good things about them.
