In the fall of 2011 I went to Scotland and England and basically bought more makeup and clothes than I ever have in my life. I discovered a lot of makeup gems over there and Barry M's Dazzle Dust in #39/Tan was one of them. MAC's eyeshadow in All That Glitters is one of my all time favourite eyeshadows and #39 reminded me of it which is why I picked it up.
Barry M Dazzledusts are essentially like MAC Pigments where you can use them basically anywhere on your face or even mix them with nail polish. They have an insane amount of shades and all are shimmery and beautiful. When Jess from J.S and Makeup asked what I would like to receive as part of our makeup swap, Barry M Dazzle Dusts were at the top of my list. Jess picked me out 3 shades: #53/Chocolate, #51/Mushroom, and #100/Brass.
#39/Tan: As I've stated above this is very similar to MAC's All That Glitters but just a bit darker. This goes amazingly with peach cheeks/lips, or red lipstick.
#53/Chocolate: This is the perfect crease colour and it works well with both cool toned and warm toned base eyeshadows. It's super pigmented so only a tiny bit is needed.
#51/Mushroom: Mushroom is a really unique colour in that it can look grey, purple, or brown depending on what other eyeshadow colours you pair it with.
#100/Brass: Brass totally reminds me of Urban Decay's Half Baked! It's a beautiful gold/bronze colour that will be perfect for summer.
Availability: Devu Cosmetics (ships from Canada), FTB Beauty (Ships from Canada), Barry M (Ships from the U.K.)
